Unified tenant and personnel portal used throughout the GridWare ecosystem. Submit tickets, view facility info, access services, and manage site-specific workflows across any GridWare-managed facility.

Getting Started

The Site Portal is the web interface for tenants and personnel at GridWare-managed facilities. Tenants submit tickets, view facility information, and request services. Personnel use role-based dashboards.

If you have access to multiple sites, switch context from the portal header. Each site has its own tickets, services, and facility information.

Tickets and service orders flow into ColoComplete for work order creation. GridPass integrates for access and badge management.

Personnel (security, maintenance, vendors) use the portal for role-based dashboards, ticket handling, and operational tasks.

The portal supports multiple sites per user. Users with access to multiple facilities can switch context and see site-specific information. The Site Portal is the tenant-facing complement to ColoComplete and Powered by GridColo operations.
