Vendor Network
Provide products and services to the data center industry. Manage offerings, respond to RFPs, and connect with property owners and operators across the ecosystem.
Getting Started
The Vendor Network is where product and service providers participate in the GridSite ecosystem. Start by creating an organization profile and enabling vendor capability.
Create offerings—products, services, or both—that describe what you provide. Offerings appear in ComputeComplete when buyers search for vendors or build BOMs.
When your offerings match an RFP, you receive a notification. Submit a response with pricing, timeline, and approach. If selected, you gain access to the construction portal for that project.
Key Concepts
- Offerings
- Products and services you provide. Each offering has specifications, pricing, and availability. Match criteria determine when you receive RFP notifications.
- RFP flow
- RFPs originate from ComputeComplete projects. Vendors with matching offerings receive notifications, submit responses, and are evaluated by project managers.
- Construction portal
- When selected for a project, vendors access submittals, RFIs, delivery milestones, and inspections through a dedicated portal.
How It Connects
Vendor Network is the supply-side complement to ComputeComplete. RFPs flow from ComputeComplete to vendors. Construction coordination connects vendor and buyer. Marketplace listings may reference vendor offerings. The ecosystem creates a closed loop from discovery through delivery.
What It Is
The Vendor Network enables service and product providers to participate in the GridSite ecosystem. Vendors create offerings—products, services, or both—that appear in the ComputeComplete marketplace. They receive and respond to RFPs, manage construction project participation (submittals, RFIs, delivery milestones), and build relationships with property owners and operators.
Vendors can be construction contractors, equipment suppliers, professional services firms, or managed service providers. The platform supports multi-organization vendor structures and role-based access for sales, delivery, and operations teams.
Why It Matters
The data center supply chain is fragmented. Buyers struggle to discover and evaluate vendors; vendors struggle to reach qualified buyers. The Vendor Network creates a structured marketplace where offerings are discoverable, RFPs are standardized, and construction coordination is built-in. Vendors gain visibility and streamlined workflows; buyers get a curated, integrated procurement experience.
