Overview
Role-Based Dashboards give security, maintenance, and vendor personnel views tailored to their role. Security sees guard tasks; maintenance sees work orders; vendors see assigned projects.
Each role has a different default dashboard. Security might see visitor check-in, patrol status, and incident queue. Maintenance might see open work orders and asset alerts.
Reduce clutter. Users see only what they need. Role assignment is managed by organization admins.
How to Use
- Log in to the Site Portal. Your role determines your default dashboard.
- Security: View visitor queue, patrol checkpoints, badge verification, incident list.
- Maintenance: View work orders, asset alerts, maintenance schedule.
- Vendors: View assigned projects, submittals, RFIs, delivery milestones.
- Switch roles if you have multiple. Some users have both tenant and personnel access.
