Facility Information provides site details, contacts, documentation, and operational information. Tenants and personnel access what they need from one place.
View facility address, hours, emergency contacts, and key personnel. Access documentation: policies, procedures, floor plans, and guides.
Site-specific content. Each facility has its own information. Multi-site users switch context to see the right site.
How to Use
- Open the facility information section. Select your site if you have multi-site access.
- Browse contacts, documentation, and operational info. Download or view as needed.
- Personnel can update facility information. Add new docs, update contacts, maintain accuracy.
- Use for onboarding. New tenants and personnel get orientation materials and key contacts.
