GridPro provides a structured way to engage professional services across the lifecycle of facility and technology operations. It covers on-demand subject-matter expert (SME) access, scheduled consulting engagements, retainer-based managed services, and scoped project delivery.

Rather than managing service engagements through email chains, disconnected SOWs, and manual tracking, GridPro ties every engagement to the ecosystem context that drives it — an incident in GridCommand, a project in ComputeComplete, a maintenance need in GridServ, or a policy gap identified through GridPolicy. SOW generation, time tracking, deliverable management, SLA monitoring, and outcome reporting are all first-class capabilities.
