Frequently Asked Questions
Common questions about the GridWare platform, access, licensing, and more.
How do I get access to the GridWare platform?
Create an account at the GridSite Marketplace to get started. From there you can explore the platform, list properties, or connect with the ecosystem. For enterprise deployments of ComputeComplete, ColoComplete, or other applications, contact our sales team.
What is the difference between Standard and Premium seats?
Standard seats include core dashboard and workflow access for day-to-day use. Premium seats unlock advanced analytics, API access, administrative tools, and power-user features. See our Licensing page for per-application details on what Premium includes.
How does the Marketplace listing process work?
Property owners and brokers can list properties through the Marketplace. Choose a Standard or Premium listing tier, optionally add a Professional Site Evaluation, and submit for review. Once approved, your listing is visible to compute operators and investors. Listing fees vary by tier and role (property owner vs. broker).
Can I use GridWare for non-data-center facilities?
Yes. GridWare serves data centers, public and critical facilities, municipalities, education, industrial operations, and more. Applications like GridPass, Site Portal, GridCommand, and GridComms work across any facility type. MineComplete and MineSecure are purpose-built for mining and resource extraction.
What is the Critical Facility Package?
The Critical Facility Package bundles GridCommand, GridComms, GridStation, GridWorkspace, GridPolicy, and GridIntegrate for command-center and operational deployments. It includes a configurable number of Standard and Premium seats and is ideal for NOCs, SOCs, and critical operations.
How do I contact support?
Reach us at [email protected] for technical support, licensing questions, and general inquiries. For sales and enterprise agreements, visit our main website or contact your account representative.
Does GridWare integrate with existing systems?
Yes. GridIntegrate provides the integration backbone for the platform, connecting to BMS, DCIM, ticketing systems, access control, and more. Many applications also offer API access for custom integrations.
What storage and API limits apply?
Limits vary by application. Marketplace, Vendor Network, and Carrier Exchange include reasonable storage and API call allowances with overage pricing. See the Licensing page for per-application limits and overage rates.
