Switch between assigned sites with context preservation.

Overview

Multi-Site Access lets users with access to multiple facilities switch context without logging in again. One account, multiple sites.

Switch sites from the portal header. Each site has its own tickets, services, facility info, and role-specific views. Context is preserved when switching.

Tenants with space at multiple sites, personnel covering multiple facilities, and vendors with projects at different locations benefit from multi-site access.

How to Use

  1. Log in to the Site Portal. If you have multi-site access, a site selector appears in the header.
  2. Select a site. The dashboard, tickets, and services update to that site.
  3. Switch as needed. No need to log out and log in. Your session persists across sites.
  4. Some actions are site-specific. Creating a ticket or service order applies to the current site.

User Roles

This feature is used differently depending on your role:

Tenants
Access multiple sites with one account.
Personnel
Cover multiple facilities from one dashboard.
Vendors
Manage projects across sites.
