ComputeComplete

End-to-end data center infrastructure management. Plan, deploy, operate, and maintain facilities with RFPs, BOMs, compliance tracking, risk registers, and asset lifecycle management.

Getting Started

ComputeComplete manages the full lifecycle of data center infrastructure. Start by creating a site or project, then choose your phase: Plan, Deploy, Operate, or Comply.

The Plan phase begins with RFPs and site selection. Use the RFP builder to define requirements; vendors from the Vendor Network can respond. Selected sites become projects.

Deploy phase uses BOMs (bills of materials) and construction coordination. Vendors upload submittals, respond to RFIs, and track delivery milestones through the construction portal.

Key Concepts

Four-phase lifecycle
Plan (RFPs, site selection), Deploy (BOMs, construction), Operate (assets, maintenance), and Comply (frameworks, evidence) are interconnected. Data flows between phases.
Nested BOMs
BOMs can contain sub-BOMs for complex deployments. Templates speed up repeatable builds. Timelines are generated from BOM structure.
Compliance evidence
Upload evidence to checklist items. Evidence is tied to frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2) and supports audit readiness.

How It Connects

ComputeComplete integrates with Vendor Network for vendor engagement, Marketplace for property context, GridTwin for spatial visualization, and GridIntegrate for external system data. Construction workflows connect to vendor portals; compliance evidence flows to audit and reporting.

What It Is

ComputeComplete is the full lifecycle platform for data center infrastructure. It covers planning (RFPs, site selection, power and connectivity design), deployment (BOMs, construction coordination, vendor management), operations (asset tracking, maintenance, documents), and compliance (frameworks, risk registers, evidence).

Organizations use ComputeComplete to manage one or many sites. The Plan phase supports RFPs, site planning, and power/connectivity configuration. Deploy handles BOMs, templates, timelines, and construction vendor coordination. Operate provides asset management, maintenance scheduling, and document control. Comply delivers compliance framework tracking, checklist execution, and risk management.

Why It Matters

Data center projects and operations span years and involve dozens of vendors, thousands of assets, and continuous compliance requirements. Without a unified platform, teams juggle spreadsheets, email, and disconnected tools. ComputeComplete brings the full lifecycle into one place with structured workflows, audit trails, and integration to the rest of the ecosystem.

Features

Each feature has its own documentation page. Click through for details.

  • RFP & Site Planning — Create RFPs, evaluate sites, configure power and connectivity requirements.
  • BOM Management — Build bills of materials from templates, track nested BOMs, generate timelines.
  • Construction Coordination — Vendor construction portal with submittals, RFIs, delivery milestones, inspectio...
  • Asset Lifecycle — Track assets across sites, link to maintenance and compliance evidence.
  • Compliance Frameworks — ISO 27001, SOC 2, and custom frameworks with checklist execution and evidence up...
  • Risk Register — Identify, assess, and track risks with mitigation and ownership.

Example Workflows

  • Create an RFP, receive vendor responses, and select a site with power and connectivity configured.
  • Build a BOM from a template, add nested equipment, and generate a deployment timeline.
  • Manage construction submittals, RFIs, and delivery milestones through the vendor portal.
  • Track compliance checklist items, upload evidence, and maintain a risk register.

Intended Users

  • Data center operators
  • Project managers
  • Facility managers
  • Compliance officers
  • Vendor and construction coordinators
