Construction Coordination
Feature in ComputeComplete
Vendor construction portal with submittals, RFIs, delivery milestones, inspections.
Overview
Construction Coordination provides a vendor-facing portal for submittals, RFIs, delivery milestones, inspections, and change orders. Vendors and buyers collaborate in one place.
Submittals are vendor submissions (drawings, specs, samples) for approval. RFIs (requests for information) handle questions during construction. Delivery milestones track equipment and material arrival.
Inspections and change orders round out the construction workflow. All activity is logged for audit and project history.
How to Use
- Invite construction vendors to the project. Vendors access the portal from their Vendor Network account.
- Vendors upload submittals for review. Project managers approve, reject, or request revisions. Status is visible to all parties.
- Create RFIs when questions arise. Vendors and buyers exchange information. Responses are logged.
- Track delivery milestones. Vendors update status when equipment ships and arrives. Inspections can be scheduled and documented.
