Overview

Offerings Management lets vendors create and manage product and service offerings with pricing, specifications, and availability. Offerings appear in the ComputeComplete marketplace and RFP flows.

Offerings can be products (hardware, equipment), services (construction, consulting), or both. Each offering has a description, pricing model, and availability.

ComputeComplete projects discover offerings when building BOMs and sending RFPs. Vendors receive notifications when their offerings match project needs.

How to Use

  1. Create an offering from the Vendor Network dashboard. Choose product, service, or both. Add name, description, and specifications.
  2. Set pricing: fixed price, per-unit, or custom quote. Add availability (in stock, lead time, etc.).
  3. Publish the offering. It becomes discoverable to ComputeComplete users. Match criteria (power, connectivity, etc.) determine when you receive RFP notifications.
  4. Update offerings as inventory or availability changes. Keep pricing current for accurate quotes.
