Overview

Organization & Access manages multi-user vendor organizations with role-based permissions. Sales, delivery, and operations teams can have different access levels.

Roles control who can create offerings, respond to RFPs, access construction portals, and view analytics. Admins manage users and permissions.

Large vendors may have multiple organizations (e.g., by region or business unit). Each organization has its own offerings and project access.

How to Use

  1. Invite team members to your vendor organization. Assign roles: admin, sales, delivery, viewer.
  2. Admins configure permissions. Sales may create offerings and respond to RFPs. Delivery may access construction portals. Viewers have read-only access.
  3. Manage multiple organizations if your company has separate business units. Each org has its own profile and offerings.
