Kiosks allow self-service check-in. Staff-assisted check-in is available for exceptions. Photo capture, host notification, and badge issuance are supported.
Visitor logs support compliance and audit. Who visited, when, and for whom. Integration with access control systems for temporary credentials.
How to Use
- Visitor arrives. Uses kiosk or checks in with staff. Enters name, company, host, purpose.
- Photo captured if required. Host is notified. Temporary badge issued if needed.
- Visitor logs are retained. Search by date, visitor, host. Export for compliance.
- Configure kiosk behavior. Self-service vs. staff-assisted. Required fields. Badge issuance rules.
