Overview

Tenant Services include dedicated support, technical assistance, and service delivery. Tenants receive help with cross-connects, remote hands, and other operational requests.

Service requests flow through the Site Portal. GridColo staff process tickets, coordinate work, and deliver services per SLAs.

Tenants have a single point of contact for all facility-related needs. No need to navigate multiple vendors or internal teams.

How to Use

  1. Submit a ticket or service request through the Site Portal. Describe the need (cross-connect, remote hands, etc.).
  2. Track status in the portal. Receive updates as work progresses. Get notified when complete.
  3. For urgent issues, use the designated support channel. GridColo staff prioritize and respond per SLA.
