Overview

The Colo Portal is the web-based tenant and operations console. Tenants use it for tickets, services, and facility information. Operations staff use it for day-to-day management.

Tenants submit tickets, request services, view facility docs, and track status. Role-based dashboards give operations staff the tools they need.

The Colo Portal is the same application as Site Portal, configured for GridColo-managed facilities. Multi-site access is supported.

How to Use

  1. Log in to the Colo Portal (Site Portal) with your credentials. Your dashboard shows your sites and recent activity.
  2. Submit a ticket or service request. Track status. View facility information and documentation.
  3. Switch between sites if you have multi-site access. Each site has its own tickets and services.

User Roles

This feature is used differently depending on your role:

Tenants
Submit tickets, request services, view facility info.
Operations staff
Manage tickets, process requests, view operational dashboards.
