Multi-role organization management with capability enablement (property owner, investor, broker, colocation provider, vendor).

Overview

Organization Profiles define who you are in the ecosystem. Enable capabilities (property owner, investor, broker, colocation provider, vendor) to unlock the corresponding dashboards and workflows.

Organizations can have multiple capabilities. For example, an organization might be both a property owner and a colocation provider. A user with both owner and broker capabilities chooses which role to use when creating a listing.

Profile information (company name, contact, description) appears in Marketplace discovery and is used for verification and accreditation.

How to Use

  1. Complete your organization profile: company name, description, contact information, and address.
  2. Enable capabilities that match your business: property owner, investor, broker, colocation provider, vendor. Each capability may have verification steps.
  3. Add team members and assign roles. Role-based access controls what each user can see and do.
  4. Keep your profile updated. Verification status and accreditation depend on accurate information.
