Overview
Broker & Agent Tools enable certified brokers to list and manage properties on behalf of multiple owners. Brokers get lower listing fees and consolidated analytics across their portfolio.
Broker certification is required before listing as an agent. Once certified, brokers can create listings for any property they represent, with owner approval where required.
Analytics show performance across all broker listings: views, engagement, and conversion. Brokers can manage multiple owners from a single dashboard.
How to Use
- Complete broker certification from your organization profile. Provide required documentation and agree to terms.
- When creating a listing, select "Broker/Agent" as your listing capacity. The listing will be attributed to you as the broker.
- Manage listings for each owner. Track which properties are getting the most interest. Use engagement data to advise owners.
- Review consolidated analytics: total views, top-performing listings, and conversion metrics across your portfolio.
