Investment Opportunities give accredited investors access to vetted data center and colocation investment opportunities. The Marketplace curates opportunities and tracks commitments.
Investors complete accreditation before browsing. Opportunities may include development projects, existing facilities seeking capital, and fund participation.
The GridSite Investment Fund and other structured opportunities appear in the investor dashboard. Investors can submit commitments and track portfolio status.
How to Use
- Complete investor accreditation from your organization profile. This may include verification steps depending on opportunity type.
- Browse the Investment Opportunities section. Filter by region, project stage, and investment type.
- Review opportunity details, financials, and documentation. Submit a commitment or expression of interest through the platform.
- Track your portfolio: see commitment status, documents, and updates from opportunity sponsors.
