How to Use

  1. As a property owner: Maintenance is managed by GridColo. Receive reports and summaries. Approve major work when required.
  2. As a tenant: Report issues through the Site Portal. GridColo coordinates resolution. No direct maintenance management required.
  3. Maintenance runs on established schedules and procedures. Emergencies are handled per escalation protocols.
