Site Requirements
Feature in Marketplace
Compute operators define requirements and receive matched listings with view tracking and engagement metrics.
Overview
Site Requirements let compute operators define what they are looking for in a data center or colocation property. The Marketplace matches these requirements to active listings and surfaces the best fits.
Requirements include power capacity, connectivity needs, location preferences, timeline, and other criteria. Operators can save multiple requirement sets for different projects or regions.
Matched listings show relevance scores and engagement metrics. Operators see how many views their requirements have received and can track which listings align with their needs.
How to Use
- From the Marketplace dashboard, create a new Site Requirement. Enter power needs (MW or kW), connectivity requirements (fiber, dark fiber, carriers), and geographic preferences.
- Add timeline (when you need capacity) and any special requirements (renewable power, dual feed, ceiling height, etc.). Save the requirement.
- Review matched listings. The Marketplace ranks listings by fit. Click through to view full details, photos, and contact the owner or broker.
- Track engagement: see how many times your requirement has been viewed by listing owners. Use this to prioritize outreach.
User Roles
This feature is used differently depending on your role:

How It Ties to the Ecosystem
Site Requirements feed into ComputeComplete when an operator selects a site and creates a project. The RFP and site planning phase in ComputeComplete can reference the requirement and matched listing.
