Overview
Multi-Site Visibility provides operational dashboards across all self-managed sites. See status, utilization, open work orders, and alerts in one place.
Switch between site-level and aggregate views. Drill down from a site to its resources, work orders, and customers. Compare performance across facilities.
Alerts and exceptions surface at the aggregate level. A capacity warning in one site appears in the multi-site view.
How to Use
- Open the ColoComplete dashboard. The default view shows all sites with key metrics.
- Click a site to drill down. See resources, work orders, and utilization for that facility.
- Use filters to compare sites. Sort by utilization, open work orders, or capacity.
- Set up alerts. Get notified when a site approaches capacity or has overdue work orders.
User Roles
This feature is used differently depending on your role:
- Operations managers
- Monitor all sites, identify issues, allocate attention.
