Publishing & Sharing

Feature in GridCore

Publish solutions for reuse across projects and organizations.

Overview

Publishing & Sharing makes solutions available for reuse across projects and organizations. Publish a solution to the catalog; others can use it as a template.

Control visibility: organization-only, partner, or public. Version solutions so updates are tracked. Deprecate old versions when superseded.

Sharing reduces duplicate design work. Best practices and standard builds propagate across the ecosystem.

How to Use

  1. Publish a solution from the solution builder. Set visibility (org, partner, public) and add metadata.
  2. Others browse the catalog. Search by name, category, or module. Select a solution to use as a template.
  3. Create a new project from a solution. ComputeComplete receives the solution structure and generates initial BOM.
  4. Version and deprecate. When you update a solution, create a new version. Mark old versions as deprecated.
