Unified tenant and personnel portal used throughout the GridWare ecosystem. Submit tickets, view facility info, access services, and manage site-specific workflows across any GridWare-managed facility.
What It Is
The Site Portal is the web interface for tenants and personnel at GridColo-managed facilities. Tenants submit tickets, view facility information, access services (cross-connects, remote hands, etc.), and manage their site-specific workflows. Personnel (security, maintenance, vendors) use the portal for role-based dashboards, ticket handling, and operational tasks.
The portal supports multiple sites per user. Users with access to multiple facilities can switch context and see site-specific information. The Site Portal is the tenant-facing complement to ColoComplete and Powered by GridColo operations.
Why It Matters
Tenants need a single place to interact with their colocation provider. The Site Portal replaces email chains and phone calls with structured tickets, self-service information, and transparent service delivery. Personnel need role-appropriate views. The Site Portal delivers both with a unified, modern interface.
