What It Is

GridSuite is the packaged part of the GridWare ecosystem built for the workflows most organizations and channel partners can understand and adopt quickly: project management, vendor coordination, and facility operations. It is designed to help teams move from fragmented spreadsheets, documents, and point solutions toward a more consistent operating model for the facilities they build and run.

The suite includes three core products: GridSuite Project Manager for planning and delivering facility projects, GridSuite Vendor Manager for discovering, qualifying, assigning, and managing vendors, and GridSuite Facility Manager for ongoing operational management of connected facilities. Each product can be adopted independently or connected into a unified lifecycle workflow.

Why It Matters

Organizations building and operating modern facilities often rely on disconnected tools for project delivery, vendor management, and operations. This fragmentation leads to lost context between teams and phases, inconsistent processes across sites, and limited visibility into how projects transition from construction to ongoing operations.

GridSuite addresses this by providing a focused set of modular tools that share a common foundation. It is intentionally packaged to be simpler to position and adopt than the broader GridWare ecosystem, making it suitable for both direct enterprise buyers and channel-led opportunities through integrators, VARs, and partners.

Key Capabilities

GridSuite Project Manager

Supports the planning and delivery of facility projects from early coordination through construction, commissioning, and handoff with structured milestones, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration.

GridSuite Vendor Manager

Provides the organization-side system for vendor discovery, qualification, assignment, and coordination, plus a vendor-facing portal for vendors to maintain their information, offerings, and project participation.

GridSuite Facility Manager

Supports the ongoing management of connected facilities with equipment records, documentation, service history, maintenance workflows, and multi-site oversight — configurable for buildings, data centers, campuses, and portfolios.

Lifecycle Continuity

Connects project delivery, vendor coordination, and facility operations so context and data flow from planning through ongoing management without starting over between phases.

Configurable Operational Profiles

Facility Manager adapts to different environments — building operations, data center operations, campus operations, and portfolio oversight — without requiring separate products.

Channel-Ready Packaging

Modular product architecture with clear lifecycle-based positioning, suitable for both direct and partner-led sales motions.

How It Ties Into the Ecosystem

GridSuite is a packaged subset of the broader GridWare ecosystem. It draws capabilities from GridBuilding, GridDCOM, and other GridWare applications, repackaged under a focused product architecture. Organizations that start with GridSuite can expand into the broader GridWare ecosystem over time without changing platforms.

Example Workflows

  • A construction delivery team uses GridSuite Project Manager to coordinate milestones, documentation, and turnover readiness across a new facility build.
  • An operations team uses GridSuite Vendor Manager to qualify and assign vendors for an upcoming data center expansion, with vendors maintaining their information through the vendor portal.
  • A facilities team uses GridSuite Facility Manager to manage equipment records, maintenance workflows, and service history across a multi-building campus.
  • A channel partner positions GridSuite as a modular offering for a customer who needs project delivery tools now and plans to add operational management later.
  • A portfolio operator uses Facility Manager with Portfolio Oversight to maintain consistent processes and visibility across multiple sites.
